So this is the 4th time.
I said, re-installing your cell phone is not the best way. You lost all your data, phone book, BBM contacts, notes, important messages, calendar, media (included pictures, videos, recordings), etc etc although it was my fault that I didn't back up my data routinely.
There's something wrong with the internal software so it was dead and black, no starting up at all.
Though I get this phone from my auntie, but the total service cost is almost same with buying the new one.
